Job summary

gpac seeks a senior civil engineer to lead land development projects from concept and entitlements through construction support. You will be the primary technical and client-facing leader on the project, guiding design and coordinating with stakeholders.

You will mentor engineering staff, manage scope and schedules, and actively pursue new business opportunities with clients and public agencies. This hybrid role offers flexible scheduling and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a Professional Engineer (PE) license, and over 10 years of design experience.
• Candidates must have at least 3 years of project leadership experience and a proven track record in land development.
