Job summary

Bohler in Chalfont, PA is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (Land Development) to advance civil engineering projects from planning through delivery. You’ll partner with project managers, engineers, and municipalities to deliver high‑quality land development solutions while mentoring junior staff and building partnerships.

You will collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and contribute to Bohler’s reputation for technical excellence in Bucks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of site design and jurisdictional permitting experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and drainage software.

Responsibilities

• Support project management activities, including scoping, proposals, schedules, and resource planning.
• Oversee preparation of comprehensive site plan packages—grading, stormwater, utilities, erosion control.
• Coordinate permitting and entitlement processes with clients and municipalities.
• Prepare contracts, change orders, and client invoices while tracking financial performance.
• Collaborate with clients, attorneys, contractors, and subconsultants to ensure project success.
• Review concept drawings and cost estimates aligned with client objectives.
• Participate in public hearings, community meetings, and professional organizations.
• Mentor junior staff and share technical knowledge to promote team growth.
