Job summary

Bohler in Mechanicsburg, PA seeks a Civil Project Manager to lead complex land development projects across Central Pennsylvania. You will guide projects from concept through construction, balance design quality with client satisfaction and financial performance, and serve as the primary client contact.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, oversee budgets and contracts, and collaborate with firm leadership on business development while advancing quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of civil/site design and permitting experience.
• Proven success in project delivery and client relationships.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience overseeing budgets, contracts, and staff development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software.
• PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery from concept through construction.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure expectations are met.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Assistant Project Managers and staff.
• Oversee financial performance including contracts and invoicing.
• Present at public hearings, client meetings, and community sessions.
• Collaborate on business development and account growth.
• Promote quality control, innovation and continuous improvement.
