Job summary

Qualifications

2+ years of land development or related field experience.

Responsibilities

Update project contracts with relevant information and ensure follow-through.
Upload final contract budgets to tracking sheets and payment systems.
Review, code, and upload approved invoices for payment processing.
Prepare monthly project financial reports and maintain budgets.
Communicate financial status of projects to upper management.
Monitor SWFWMD WMIS inspections and upload documentation.
Maintain organized electronic filing and tracking of requirements.
Provide general administrative support to upper management.
Perform other duties aligned with organizational needs.
