Job summary

The Viera Company is seeking a Land Development Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of development projects. You will partner with internal teams, consultants, and public agencies to keep projects organized, on track, and moving forward.

Responsibilities include coordinating from planning to delivery, managing documents and budgets with Procore, and supporting financial and reporting activities for leadership stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 5+ years of project coordination or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Procore, ERP systems or project accounting software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate land development projects from planning and permitting through construction and lot delivery.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, permits, budgets, and schedules using Procore.
• Support financial administration including invoices, pay apps, change orders, lender draws, and budget tracking.
• Partner with contractors, consultants, builders, government agencies, and internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Maintain compliance documents, insurance records, lien releases, and project files.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support strategic land development initiatives and long-range planning.
