Hires Group is seeking a Practice Leader - Land Development to spearhead a growing practice within an award-winning firm in Raleigh, NC. You will lead client relationships, oversee projects from concept to completion, and drive business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed PE.
• 15+ years of experience in land development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the land development practice from concept through completion.
• Build and manage relationships with key clients and represent the practice with integrity.
• Provide strategic leadership, including vision setting, business planning, and growth goals.
• Lead, manage, and grow a group of engineers and project managers.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to ensure quality, timeliness, and profitability.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, contractors and local agencies.
