ESP Associates, Inc. seeks an accomplished Civil Engineering Land Development Market Leader to steer growth in the Raleigh area and beyond.

Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will drive business planning, market penetration, and staff development while collaborating with clients, engineers, and sub-consultants to meet project goals. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across civil, surveying, planning, and environmental disciplines, manage budgets, schedule, and QA/QC processes, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in North Carolina.
• 15+ years of engineering design and project management experience.
• Strong client relationships and ability to grow client base.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and coordinate with corporate business development manager.
• Manage and mentor engineering staff and drive departmental growth.
• Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and designs meeting budgets/timelines.
• Oversee proposals, contracts, scheduling, budgets, and invoicing.
