Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in homebuilding/land development industry.
• 2-5 years of experience in construction purchasing, preferably in land development.
• Ability to adapt and learn new project management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Land Team to prepare master contract documents.
• Facilitate prompt payments between vendors and accounting.
• Coordinate with Development Managers for project cash flows.
