Brookfield Residential in San Ramon, CA is seeking a Land Development Field Manager to oversee field construction for residential communities across Northern California. This role manages day-to-day field operations, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in construction management or civil engineering, 7–10 years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering (or equivalent) required.
• 7–10 years of land development or general contracting experience preferred.
• Strong reasoning, analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and MS Project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and bid processes, review improvement plans for constructability.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and schedule to meet budgets.
• Lead field activities to control costs, schedule, and workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with permits, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Prepare daily records and coordinate with utilities and agencies.
