Brookfield Residential Land Services LLC in San Ramon seeks a Development Coordinator (Land Operations) to support contract administration, construction documentation, and CFD project processes. You will coordinate with the Land Team, City agencies, utilities, and builders to ensure timely, accurate documentation and reimbursements.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in land development or construction purchasing, a relevant degree, and strong communication.

Formación

• 2–5 years of land development, residential homebuilding, or construction purchasing experience.
• Bachelor's or professional degree preferred in business, engineering, urban planning.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Extreme organization and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare master contract documents, addendums and change orders.
• Coordinate with City, utility providers, contractors and internal teams.
• Manage bid documents and CFD/CFD reimbursements.
• Track budgets, invoices and payments; ensure timely processing.
• Maintain records and manage SharePoint/OneDrive site access and organization.
