Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering is preferred.
• 7–10 years of land development or general engineering contracting experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Project; strong writing and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Forward Planning and Land Group in reviewing improvement plans for constructability and value engineering opportunities.
• Collaborate on bid specifications, engineer estimates and scopes of work for offsite procurement and trade partner selection.
• Lead land development construction activities to control costs, schedule, and workmanship.
• Coordinate and supervise field teams and multiple contractors to meet project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with permits, safety regulations, and project-specific Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans.
• Maintain daily records of project activities and support budget, contracts, and invoicing using Landev and MS Project.
