You will review plans, manage bid processes, and ensure compliance with permits and regulations. Travel across the Greater Bay Area is expected, with a base in San Ramon and regional office support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee land development construction activities to control costs and schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners across multiple projects.
• Review improvement plans for constructability and value engineering opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with permits, safety regulations, and budget.
• Lead project meetings and maintain daily records of field activities.
