Job summary

Arbor Homes in Indiana seeks a Land Development Project Manager to lead development projects and deliver finished lots for residential construction. You will manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

  • Past experience in land development and/or project management related positions is highly valued.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with contractors and peers.
  • Experience in land development including excavating, road construction, surveying, inspections or city planning would be preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise subcontractors to ensure jobs are completed to specifications and on time.
  • Oversee development by outside developers where Arbor purchases finished lots.
  • Manage budgets and spending to minimize variance and deliver lots at projected costs.
  • Project contractor schedules and ensure lots are available for sales.
  • Coordinate with utilities and municipalities to complete necessary work and inspections.
  • Manage jobsites to ensure compliance with regulations.
