Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Land Development Manager to lead the division’s land development program, directing roadway construction, utilities, grading, and site improvements. You will work with the construction leadership to ensure timely delivery of ready-to-build home sites and manage budgets throughout entitlement and development.

The role requires a degree in construction management or engineering (preferred) and at least five years in land development, with strong scheduling and data-management

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or similar program preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in land development.
• Computer literacy, including word-processing, spreadsheet analysis, project scheduling and data management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of new projects using schedules, budgets, studies, and plans.
• Coordinate with Area Construction Managers and Director of Construction to prepare ready-to-build sites.
• Assist in development budgets during entitlement and value-engineering of design aspects.
• Develop relationships with jurisdictional entities to maintain land use rights.
• Oversee field operations: erosion control, grading, utilities, paving, landscaping, and post-construction as-builts.
