Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- Licensed Professional Engineer is required.
- Extensive managerial experience in land development projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning, project design, and quality assurance for land development.
- Direct business development and client management with senior leadership.
- Develop systems and controls to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Oversee budgets, scope, and schedules for projects.
- Mentor design teams and coordinate with management.
