Brookfield Residential seeks a Development Coordinator (Land Operations) in San Ramon to support contract administration, bid processes and coordination with city agencies, utilities, and builders. The role collaborates with Land Managers to manage contract processes for land development design and construction, and to prepare CFD reimbursement binders at contract end.

The position requires 2–5 years in land development or construction purchasing, strong communication, and proficiency with

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in land development, residential homebuilding, or construction purchasing.
• Professional business, engineering, urban planning and/or college degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Land Team to prepare master contract documents, addendums and change orders for consulting and construction contracts.
• Notify the Land Team when contract changes require a budget revision.
• Facilitate payments and liaise with vendors and accounting on billing questions.
• Interact with contractors, consultants and project team members.
• Coordinate with City, utility providers and builders to support CFD and non-CFD work.
• Prepare bid documents, RFQs/IFBs and bid tabulations in Excel.
• Maintain construction permits, records and SharePoint/OneDrive sites.
• Support land team in cost tracking, cash flow updates and reimbursements.
