You will help manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and permits, coordinate office operations, and assist with communications among consultants, contractors, and community stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of land development, residential or commercial construction coordination experience.
• 2+ years of land development permitting management or coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ethics.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Development and Land Team in delivering finished lots and sites.
• Coordinate contracts, budgeting, and scheduling for development projects.
• Assist with office management tasks and team events.
• Maintain records, permits, tranches, and change orders.
• Coordinate with utilities, agencies, and external partners.
• Track invoices and payments; maintain as-builts and documentation.
• Assist with milestone planning, reporting, and risk management.
