T Brookfield Residential in Summerville seeks a Development Coordinator to support the Director of Development and the Land Team in delivering finished lots, commercial sites, and backbone infrastructure.

You will handle records, bid/contract docs, invoices, and master plan updates, while assisting project managers with plans, permits, and coordination with utilities and agencies. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of land development, residential construction or commercial construction management or coordination experience.
• 2+ years of land development permitting management or coordination.
• Project coordination skills are crucial.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Responsible, well-organized, and extremely high attention to detail.
• Ability to exercise good judgement and demonstrate high standards of ethics.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, with dynamic priorities and deadlines and in collaboration with others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Development Administrative Support: manage records of zoning, plats, surveys, approvals, etc.
• Assist with bid and contract documents and tracking of changes for approvals.
• Assist Project Managers with construction contracts and change orders.
• Manage development invoices and contractor payments.
• Maintain accurate as-builts and documentation for change orders and scope modifications.
• Assist with master plan budget & schedule updates and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate development plans with dry utility providers (power, phone, gas, cable).
• Coordinate permit applications, bonds, and agreements with agencies and utilities.
• Office Management: handle leases, equipment, vendor contracts, office moves, insurance, purchases, and vendor communications.
• Support team events and general admin duties; liaise with HOA/property managers and developers’ Declarant role.
