Fuss & O’Neill, Inc. in New Haven, CT is seeking a civil engineering intern for the Land Development team. You’ll assist design teams on site design projects and gain hands-on experience with real client work.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on site design and land development.
• GPA 3.0 or higher required.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs.
• Prior CAD software experience preferred.
• Ability to perform field work and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic site and drainage designs
• Implement Sustainable Site design principles
• Assist with preparation of local, state & federal permit applications
• Provide construction administration support
• Execute design-related programs using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HydroCAD, StormCAD and Synchro
