  • Manage development trades and schedules per division goals.
  • Assist in entitlement processes with municipalities and agencies.
  • Support and analyze bid and contracting efforts.
  • Monitor progress using design documents, site plans, and plats.
  • Provide reports on progress and issues to the Project Manager.
  • Help deliver projects on quality, timing, and budget.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
