Job summary

PulteGroup in San Francisco, CA is seeking an Assistant Land Project Manager to coordinate land development workflows, support planning with vertical construction, and track schedules to meet budgets.

You will partner with municipalities, utility companies, and internal teams to advance entitlements, manage trades, and deliver projects on time with quality, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Requires practical knowledge obtained through advanced education and experience.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience with material testing or survey is a plus.
  • Excellent computer and contract skills are required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in project planning and coordination efforts with vertical construction.
  • Coordinate land development construction with power, telephone and gas companies.
  • Manage development trades and schedules in accordance with Divisions goals.
  • Assist in the entitlement process by partnering with Land Development Project Manager, municipalities, and other government agencies from entitlement to final acceptance.
  • Support and analyze trade bidding and contracting efforts.
  • Monitor development progress using design documents, site plans, improvement plans, and plats for project coordination and accuracy.
  • Monitor progress of land development projects. Provide Project Manager with reports on progress and issues needing attention.
  • Assist in delivering projects according to quality, timing and budget specifications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
