Job summary

Pulte Group is seeking a Land Planning & Entitlement Manager to oversee land projects through entitlement, ensuring milestones for zoning and development permits are met. This onsite role requires attendance at the Division Office and job sites in the Dublin, Ohio area.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and budgeting skills, and the ability to coordinate with municipalities and utilities.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in land planning/entitlement or related field.
• Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day due diligence, feasibility budgets and schedules for planning/entitlement activities.
• Assign and manage due diligence projects; assess risks and coordinate with consultants/engineers.
• Coordinate land planning with municipalities, agencies and utility authorities.
• Pursue zoning and land use changes through public meetings and hearings.
• Manage pre-acquisition land development budgets, schedules and cash flow.
• ReviewPurchase Agreements for entitlement points; coordinate with JV or joint development.
• Review design/plat documents for coordination and utility requirements; ensure accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
