Job summary

PulteGroup, a Fortune 500 homebuilder, seeks an experienced leader to direct land development across large master plans. You will oversee contractors, engineers, and regulatory processes to ensureQuality and schedule alignment from feasibility through CD approval.

Ideal candidates have extensive project leadership experience, a university degree, and 4–6 years in land development or related fields. This role anchors on-site in a national footprint with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Requires University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 4–6 years prior relevant experience.
  • Leads teams and coordinates multiple stakeholders across large master plans.

Responsibilities

  • Direct land activities at large master plans or multiple large-scale projects over wide geographic areas.
  • Manage contractors, inspectors, engineers, and master developers to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate on planning design from feasibility to CD approval and review design documents for coordination.
  • Oversee bid documents, plans, and specifications; lead bidding and value engineering to meet objectives.
  • Lead negotiation, contracting, and approval processes within budget constraints.
  • Direct planning and engineering design for conformance to Master Plan amendments.
  • Serve as liaison with regulatory agencies for comprehensive land plans and permitting.
  • Review utility designs to align with project requirements and timelines.
  • Prepare and manage detailed budgets and track expenditures for transparency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
