Job summary

Bohler Engineering Group in Miami is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (Land Development) to advance site design projects and support project delivery. You will work with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with clients and municipalities, and mentoring junior staff to strengthen the team.

The role focuses on scoping, proposals, schedules, budgeting, and high-quality land development solutions while contributing to Bohler's reputation for technical excellence and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 6+ years of experience in site design and jurisdictional permitting for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and drainage software (StormCAD, Hydroflow, or HydroCAD); strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project management activities including scoping, proposals, schedules, and resource planning.
• Oversee preparation of site plan packages, grading, drainage design, utilities, and erosion/sediment control.
• Coordinate permitting and entitlement processes with clients, municipalities, and agencies.
• Prepare contracts, change orders, and client invoices while tracking budget performance.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with clients, attorneys, contractors, and subconsultants.
