Toll Brothers—America's leading luxury home builder—seeks a Land Development Administrator to support day-to-day land development operations in Grapevine, TX. The role is on-site five days a week, handling calendars, reports, permits, contracts, and budget tracking to keep projects on schedule.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of admin experience, proficiency in MS Office, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of general administrative experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and basic math.
• Willingness to learn Google Earth & Microsoft Project.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks for Land Development Department.
• Maintain calendars and schedule appointments; prepare letters and reports.
• Process permits, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices as directed.
• Produce and manage monthly budget reports and expense documentation.
• Ensure compliance with signing limits and audit standards.
• Prepare monthly Concur expense reports and distribute over budget reports.
• Support cross-functional teams and duties as assigned.
