Job summary

Toll Brothers, America's leading luxury home builder, seeks an Assistant Land Development Manager to entitle, develop, and dedicate site improvements for our Reston, Virginia communities. This on-site role supports field and office operations and reports to the Land Development team.

You will assist with estimating, budgeting, schedules, and bid analysis, coordinating with contractors, government agencies, and HOA’s, with a focus on timely project completion and compliance.

Qualifications

Analytical thinking to collect, sort and analyze data.
Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.
Understanding of construction drawings and site plans.
Self-starter who identifies problems and solves them.

Responsibilities

Oversight of daily land development field operations.
Assist in managing contractors and monitor progress.
Participate in meetings with government agencies, inspectors, and HOAs.
Organize land development work with homebuilding operations.
Support project dedication and bond release activities.
