Job summary

Toll Architecture, a national full-service Toll Brothers company, seeks a Senior CAD Technician - Architecture for our Grapevine, TX office. This production drafting role develops and maintains construction documents and permit sets within a collaborative team.

Candidates should have 3+ years of related experience and an associate degree or technical certification; proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel and Word is required. Bachelor’s degree and SketchUp/BIM360 are a plus.

Qualifications

• Min. required education: Associate Degree or equivalent vocational/technical certification.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel and Word is required.
• Architectural knowledge is required.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Production drafting and preparation of permit construction documents.
