Job summary

Toll Architecture, a national full-service Toll Brothers company, seeks a Senior CAD Technician - Architecture for our Grapevine, TX office. This production drafting role develops and maintains construction documents and permit sets within a collaborative team.

Candidates should have 3+ years of related experience and an associate degree or technical certification; proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel and Word is required. Bachelor’s degree and SketchUp/BIM360 are a plus.

• Architectural knowledge is required.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

What is the opportunity?

Highly skilled production drafting role working as part of a team developing/maintaining construction
documents and permit sets. Capable of working independently on complex assignments as needed.

What are the primary responsibilities?

• Production

  • Preparation of files to be used by other stakeholders

• Engage and interact with all team members by sharing experiences, issues, resolutions, and best
  practices
• Encourage opportunities for continuous improvement by asking questions, identifying roadblocks
  and providing suggestions to managers
• All other duties as assigned

• Work in office 3-days per week. Additional in office days vary per Division/Department.
