Job summary

Exus Renewables North America is seeking a detail-oriented Land Administration & Compliance Coordinator to act as the primary liaison for landowners leasing property for renewable energy projects. You will manage contractual compliance, landowner onboarding, and lease lifecycles, ensuring all critical dates, documentation, and payments are met.

Based in the United States with offices in Pittsburgh, this role focuses on contractual and lease compliance, not regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience managing property contracts and compliance.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and multitasking skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail; proficiency in MS Office 365, SharePoint and Adobe.
• Willingness to travel to client sites up to 10%.
• Active Notary Public highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Landowner relations: serve as the primary liaison across all project phases.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address landowner questions promptly.
• Lead kickoff calls to introduce Exus and guide partners through payments and documents.
• Perform KYC due diligence verifying identity, ownership, and authority.
• Collect, validate, and securely store onboarding paperwork; coordinate with Accounts Payable.
• Create and monitor project land compliance matrices from landowner agreements.
• Track contract lifecycles, renewals, and terminations to meet deadlines.
• Organize, audit, and manage land documentation and amendments.
• Conduct monthly payment audits and maintain a project payment ledger.
• Monitor Property Tax, PILOT, and Tax Abatement docs with third-party consultants.
