Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate-level paralegal/land administration experience is preferred.
• Experience reviewing and organizing land-related documents, contracts, or title files.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, organize, and maintain land-related agreements and supporting documents (options, leases, crossings, permits, amendments).
• Track contract obligations, renewal dates, expirations, notices, and milestones.
• Coordinate document execution, filing, recording, and record retention activities.
• Maintain organized project files and support document management processes.
• Assist with title review, ownership research, title curative efforts, and due diligence materials.
• Coordinate with title companies, landowners, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
