Steelhead Americas, Vestas' renewable energy development arm in North America, is seeking a Real Estate Administrator to join the team and manage land lease and easement agreements across the United States.

The role covers agreement intake, records integrity, contract system accuracy, reporting, payment coordination, and general admin support to meet contractual and regulatory obligations.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in administrative, legal, contract, or real estate support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and process quality.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and contract systems.

Aufgaben

• Administer real estate agreements lifecycle, intake, routing, and tracking.
• Review documents for completeness and ensure data accuracy in systems.
• Run quarterly reports and coordinate monthly payments for agreements.
• Support compliance with state and federal ownership reporting.
• Coordinate with project teams, legal, finance, and landowners.
• Provide general administrative support and process improvements.
