Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Utility industry or program management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; Acrobat, databases and MS Visio.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with landowners, neighbors, local authorities for operational projects.
• Ensure compliance with landowner contracts, including payments, land use, and contract modifications.
• Maintain current permits and manage permitting requirements for project operations. Implement and manage software tools for leases, easements, Permitting processes, Geographic project information; manage contracts, control payments, and address landowner claims and inquiries.
• Assist with resolving disputes, claims, or issues related to land use, damages, or access.
• Coordinate and participate in landowner meetings, site visits, and community engagement events.
• Develop and maintain project drawings and land surveys; integrate and manage landowner contracts and permits for new operational projects.
