Lennar is seeking a Land Acquisition Manager in Greenville, SC to drive land targets, oversee due diligence, and coordinate with VP Land and Development. You will collaborate with finance and legal teams to finalize purchase terms and maintain updated 5-year plans.

Ideal candidates have real estate knowledge, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work with limited supervision in a dynamic homebuilding environment.

Formación

• Must have strong real estate and land acquisition knowledge.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, scheduling, and data management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Identify land targets via tax maps, brokers, landowners, and networks.
• Support due diligence and schedule activities in the Greenbook process with VP Land.
• Attend weekly land acquisition meetings and report findings.
• Assist in rezoning meetings with officials, engineers, and homeowners.
• Maintain inventory reports, contract summaries, and market analyses.
• Manage Land Contract files and related documents.
• Network with builders and developers to stay market aware.
• Negotiate terms of purchase and sale with outside attorneys for approvals.
• Collaborate with VP of Land and VP of Finance to update 5-year plans.
• Update division contract status reports weekly.
