GoldSoil Realty Investments in Round Rock, TX is seeking an Inside Sales Closer for land acquisitions. This 100% onsite role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions and a clear path from Closer to leadership.

You will handle warm inbound leads, close deals, and collaborate with underwriting and the sales team to finalize contracts. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of phone sales experience, a coachable, customer-focused phone presence, and willingness to work onsite with occasional required

Qualifications

• 1+ years of phone sales experience with a track record of closing.
• Comfortable working in a CRM (Salesforce, JustCall, and DocuSign).
• Highly coachable and open to feedback.
• Onsite in Round Rock, TX with occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Own every assigned lead from first contact through closing
• Take warm call transfers and set appointments with landowners to qualify and close deals
• Provide detailed weekly updates on all leads with a workable contract
• Keep Salesforce accurate and current for reliable deal tracking
• Attend coaching calls and apply feedback
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly call, pipeline, and closed-deal targets
