In this role you’ll maintain an active pipeline, stay sharp and consistent, and ensure no leads fall through the cracks as you drive conversations from first contact to booked meetings.

What You'll Do

As our Inside Sales Representative, you're the first voice a homeowner hears when they reach out to us. That first conversation sets the tone for everything that follows, making this one of the most important seats on our team. You'll build trust fast, uncover what's really going on with the homeowner's property and situation, and secure the appointment that hands things off to our acquisitions team. Beyond that first call, you'll keep your pipeline of leads moving — staying sharp, staying consistent, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
