Four Seasons Resort Lanai is seeking an enthusiastic Server for Osteria Mozza Lanai who embodies the highest standards of hospitality. You will welcome guests, explain menu options, and provide attentive service in a luxury setting.

The team emphasizes guest satisfaction, smooth coordination with the kitchen, and a warm, professional dining experience. Working as part of a renowned resort, you will uphold our service standards, assist with special requests, and help create memorable experiences

Qualifications

• Legal work authorization in United States.
• Excellent guest service and communication.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive, professional table service.
• Assist guests with menu guidance and daily specials.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system and coordinate with kitchen.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and prepared for guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Close checks accurately and handle payments per procedures.
