Aufgaben

• Prepare menu items to guest specifications while maintaining quality and following recipes and presentation standards.
• Complete mise en place and set up workstation for service periods.
• Independently manage assigned kitchen station and support Cook I as needed.
• Prepare items in advance to align with forecasted needs and prevent overproduction.
• Operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment (fryers, broilers, stoves, ovens, etc.).
• Date, label, rotate, and store food per safety policies and maintain proper temperatures.
