Four Seasons Resort Lanai is seeking a Cook II to join our culinary team on Lanai, Hawaii. You will prepare menu items, set up workstations, and support Cook I while maintaining high standards of quality and food safety in a fast-paced, oceanfront resort environment.

Qualifications

• Legal work authorization in United States.
• Proficiency with kitchen equipment and knife skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and multi-task in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Prepare menu items to guest specifications with consistent quality.
• Set up workstation and complete mise en place for service.
• Manage assigned station and support Cook I when needed.
• Ensure production aligns with forecasted needs to prevent overproduction.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and enforce food safety temperatures.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to leadership.
