Job summary

Fuyao Glass America Inc. in Moraine, OH, is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Semi-Temp Lamination Assembly Dept on a 3rd shift. The role requires strong leadership to organize production, supervise safety, and maintain quality and cost controls.

You will report to the Lead Supervisor, coordinate multi-position teams, and ensure compliance with 5S, KPI targets, and production schedules. A High School Diploma/GED and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Report to Lead supervisor and plan production based on orders.
• Support plant safety and supervise safety management.
• Manage production quality and costs, monitor KPIs.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and report issues.
• Resolve production issues and organize personnel.
• Coordinate work and assist finance in stock/bonus tasks.
• Supervise readiness of positions before production and ensure SOP compliance.
• Provide training and monitor performance.
