Fuyao Glass America Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Lamination Department on the 2nd shift in Moraine, OH.

The role emphasizes production safety, product quality, and overall productivity, with leadership duties to guide Associates and ensure efficient operations. The supervisor will oversee assembly processes, provide direction, manage on-site conditions, and ensure adherence to 5S, safety rules, and training requirements.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin is beneficial for team communication.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 pounds; pass static strength requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and guide Associates to meet production goals and safety standards.
• Oversee finished product assembly processes and quality checks.
• Maintain grid whiteboard and direct team members effectively.
• Monitor glass auditing and Plex entry activities.
• Perform pre-shift briefings and assign duties; adapt to production needs as required.
• Ensure compliance with 5S and safety policies.
