Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin is beneficial for team communication.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 pounds; pass static strength requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide Associates to meet production goals and safety standards.
• Oversee finished product assembly processes and quality checks.
• Maintain grid whiteboard and direct team members effectively.
• Monitor glass auditing and Plex entry activities.
• Perform pre-shift briefings and assign duties; adapt to production needs as required.
• Ensure compliance with 5S and safety policies.
