Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year manufacturing experience and/or training preferred.
• English and Mandarin commonly spoken in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Report to Lead Supervisor and organize production based on orders.
• Ensure plant safety and supervise safety management; maintain personal, production, and equipment safety.
• Manage production quality and costs; monitor KPIs to meet company targets.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Coordinate work, assist finance and statistics in stock taking and bonus management.
• Supervise setup of positions and training; ensure operators follow instructions.
• Collect and analyze shift production data and report to Lead Supervisor.
• Maintain 5S and on-site organization; ensure safe, clean environment.
