Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate production goals.
• Oversee assembly processes and deployment of personnel on lines.
• Provide guidance and leadership to associates to reach performance targets.
• Maintain safety practices and ensure use of PPE and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with planners, customers and warehouse staff on shipping/receiving.
• Train new employees on work instructions and process compliance.
