Job summary

Fuyao Glass America Inc. in Moraine, OH is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead production teams on the floor, ensure safety compliance with PPE, drive quality and productivity, and oversee training and problem-solving across shifts.

Responsibilities include pre-shift meetings, supervising finished products assembly, guiding Associates, maintaining dashboards, and ensuring accurate glass auditing and Plex entry. 18+ and forklift cert required.

Qualifications

• Read, understand and follow safety rules and operating instructions.
• Communicate effectively with team members, engineers, leadership and customers.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience or related training; or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-shift meetings to align on goals and safety.
• Oversee finished products assembly and production processes.
• Provide guidance and leadership to personnel and motivate Associates to reach targets.
• Create and maintain grid whiteboards and direct Associates.
• Oversee glass auditing and Plex entry.
• Other duties as assigned.
