Job summary

Fuyao Glass America Inc. in Moraine, OH is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Lamination Department on the 2nd shift. You will oversee production safety, product quality, productivity and on-site conditions, guiding a team of associates in daily operations.

Responsibilities include pre-shift meetings, supervising assembly processes, equipment operation oversight, 5S practices, and training. Must have 1–3 years manufacturing experience, HS diploma, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Proficiency reading and comprehension of safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to speak effectively and interact with team members and customers.
• 1–3 years manufacturing experience or equivalent education.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Forklift operation certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-shift meetings.
• Oversee assembly process of finished products.
• Lead and motivate associates to reach targets.
• Create grid whiteboard maintenance and direct staff.
• Oversee glass auditing and Plex entry.
• Emergency issue handling and 4M changes.
