Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 4+ years manufacturing experience.
• Prior leadership or mentoring experience required; safety-focused.
• Ability to analyze data, communicate, and maintain confidentiality.
• Desire to become certified Green Belt and pursue continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production floor and supervise daily production activities.
