Brunswick in Tellico, TN is seeking a production supervisor for the Small Parts lamination team. You will oversee frontline staff, assign work, and ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost goals while coordinating training and the rollout of new models from a sister plant.

This role emphasizes problem solving, process improvements, and effective communication. You will use lean tools, lead continuous improvement, manage staffing, timekeeping, and collaborate with HR on workforce planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Strong communication and data analysis skills.
• Willingness to pursue Green Belt certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees and manage line metrics.
• Lead safety, quality, delivery and cost improvement efforts.
