Job summary

The Bay Family of Companies is seeking a Material Handler to support the laminating operation by loading, unloading, and moving fiberglass insulation and facing materials. You will maintain documentation such as Bills of Lading and Packing Slips while operating forklifts in a safe, OSHA-compliant environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring correct material flow, proper storage, and timely outbound shipments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification on hire and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport fiberglass insulation and facing materials.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and documentation of shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and verify Bills of Lading and Packing Slips.
• Operate forklifts safely and perform daily safety inspections.
• Keep work areas clean and assist production/shipping as needed.
