Job summary

The Bay Family of Companies is seeking a General Laborer to support the insulation production line. You will load and unload fiberglass insulation, prepare materials, and package finished products for shipment, while assisting with forklift operations and keeping areas clean and organized.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and at least 1 year in manufacturing or warehouse roles, with forklift certification preferred. Safety and teamwork are essential in this production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling preferred.
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished laminate products to maintain continuous laminator production.
• Prepare and package shipments according to customer and carrier requirements.
• Support machine operators and material handlers to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from debris; assist with inventory and waste reporting.
