Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Experience reading and interpreting work instructions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate laminators and band saws following safety and quality standards.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance per schedule.
• Accurately set up machines (glue tab alignment, compression settings, glue and tape application, run speed).
• Maintain production records: quantities produced, waste, downtime.
• Manage material flow and staging to ensure continuous operations.
• Assist with loading/unloading shipments and inventory movements.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Record third‑party audit results related to glue and compression measurements.
