Job summary

Bay Insulation of Minnesota Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to safely set up and run laminators and band saws in a fiberglass insulation manufacturing environment.

You will manage material handling, document production, and support continuous operation while maintaining quality and safety standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year in manufacturing or warehouse roles, and a valid forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling operations preferred.
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate laminators and band saws following safety and quality standards.
• Perform daily safety inspections and complete checklists.
• Maintain accurate production records including quantities produced and waste.
• Ensure efficient material handling and production flow, stacking and staging as required.
• Prepare, package and process outgoing shipments per customer requirements.
• Conduct quality control checks to verify product specifications and labeling accuracy.
